FAQ

Q1. What should I do if something on my cart stops working?

Contact your dealer and they should be able to walk you through troubleshooting before you have to make a warranty claim.

Q2. How do I charge my cart?

It is recommended to insert the charger cable into the cart first, then the wall. You must make sure there are no other appliances, etc., plugged in to the same circuit as the cart to ensure proper charging. Most lithium batteries will not charge when the ambient temperature is below 32 degrees.

Q3. Should I rotate my tires?

Yes, rotating your tires regularly will extend their lifespan. It is recommended every six months or 1,000 miles.

Q4. How should I store it in the winter?

1. Clean the vehicle.

2. Park the vehicle in a covered, dry location.

3. Check the tire pressure.

4. Turn the key switch to the OFF position and remove the key.

5. Leave the cart plugged in.

Q5. Can I drive my cart in the winter?

Yes. Some lithium carts have protective codes for the cart when the temperature is below 32 degrees. Also, driving distance per charge decreases as the temperature decreases.

Q6. Do I need to get insurance on my cart?

It is highly recommended to insure your recreational investment for both liability exposures and physical damage, including theft. Insurance is relatively inexpensive.

Q7. Is there any yearly maintenance I should be performing on my cart?

It is highly recommended to have your dealer perform an annual inspection on your cart to keep it in the best operating condition. Neglecting the annual inspection could lead to costly repairs down the road.

Q8. Can I get upgrades to my cart after the initial purchase?

Of course. Your dealer can always assist in getting the best deals on pretty much anything you can dream up.
